Mathew and Bridget along with their 6 children, own and operate a small family farm in the heart of Central Minnesota. They raise locally sourced holstein beef. Kasper Beef travel less than 50 miles from the farm to the market. Mathew and Bridget are Beef Quality Assurance Certified.
